Updated Refund Policy as of April 2020

 

With the delayed start of the Spring 2020 Oak Lawn Baseball and Softball season, our updated refund policy is listed below.

Refunds are available to all registrants of Oak Lawn Baseball and Softball (OLB) following the specific policy guidelines as approved by the OLB Executive Board. This refund policy will apply from the date approved and continuing forward until adjusted or changed by the OLB Executive Board.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment method unless payment was made greater than 6 months prior to request date, in which a check will be issued in the name of the program registrant regardless of who initially paid the fee. Refunds will be the division fee (less a 10% service fee), points for future season (not point owed for previous seasons), and the full amount of candy purchase or buyout option.

Please allow at least 2 weeks for a refund to be processed.

A written request for refund must be submitted to [email protected] to include participant’s first and last name, birth date, division, parent’s name/s, parent’s phone numbers, and parent’s email address/es.
